Return & Refund Policy

At iCarPro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

– Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
– Be returned in its original packaging
– Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and hardware
– Be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or we shipped the wrong item:

– Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged during installation
– Electrical or electronic components once opened or installed
– Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable
– Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items
– Items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of wear

 3. Fitment and Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

Because many automotive products vary by year, trim, chassis, region, and configuration, we strongly recommend checking the product description carefully and contacting us before ordering if you are unsure.

If an item is ordered for the wrong vehicle or application, the return may be accepted at our discretion, and the customer will be responsible for all applicable return shipping costs and any restocking or handling charges, if applicable.

 4. Return Authorization Required

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

To request a return, please email us at support@icarpro.net with:

– Your order number
– The item(s) you wish to return
– The reason for the return
– Photos, if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Returns sent back without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, or denied.

 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email should include:

– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the item
– Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund.

 6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is the result of our error.

Any expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

 7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds may be reduced or denied if:

– The item is not returned in original condition
– Parts or accessories are missing
– The item shows signs of installation, use, damage, or alteration
– The return does not comply with this policy

 8. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If you would like an exchange, please contact us before returning the item. If there is a price difference between the original and replacement item, the difference may be charged or refunded accordingly.

 9. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any return shipping fees, carrier charges, and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

 10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at support@icarpro.net so we can work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution, especially when a replacement, technical support, or return option is available.
