Awesome upgrade!
These are one of the best upgrades I have made to the Z4. Makes the shift feel a bit like a manual transmission. These should be standard with the car. Great purchase!

easy install
very easy install only thing i would suggest is to use a flathead to remove the steering wheel when taking off the airbag.
